Site Status
Sites can have different statuses:
Active - Site is live and accessible
Blocked - Site has been disabled by admin (contact support if this happens)
Limited Access - On Basic plan, only your most recent site is fully accessible
Basic Plan Limitations
If you're on the Basic (free) plan:
- You can only have 1 site
- Only your most recent site is fully accessible
- Older sites (if you had Pro and downgraded) may show "Unable to reach your site"
- Upgrade to Pro to access all your sites
Creating Additional Sites
To create a new site:
- Click "Add new site" button (Pro plans only)
- Enter a unique identifier
- Check availability and continue
- Start building your new site
Note: Basic plan users can only have 1 site. Upgrade to Business (5 sites) or Enterprise (unlimited) for more.
Organizing Your Sites
Your sites are displayed in order of creation, with the most recent first. You can use different sites for:
- Different brands or businesses
- Personal vs. professional pages
- Different services or niches
- Testing new designs or content
Site Settings
Each site has its own independent settings:
Best Practices
- Keep sites updated - Regularly review and update your site content
- Use descriptive names - Make it easy to identify each site
- Test before sharing - Always preview your site before sharing the URL
- Maintain consistency - Use similar branding across related sites
- Monitor performance - Use analytics to track which sites perform best
Troubleshooting
Can't see my site:
Make sure you're logged in to the correct account. Refresh the page or try logging out and back in.
Site shows "Unable to reach":
If you're on Basic plan and see this, it means you have multiple sites but only your most recent one is accessible. Upgrade to Pro to access all sites.
Site is blocked:
Contact support if your site shows as blocked. This usually indicates a policy violation or technical issue.
Can't create new site:
Check your plan limits. Basic plan allows 1 site, Business allows 5, Enterprise allows unlimited.
