Mail Providers
Mail provider integration allows you to connect email marketing services to capture leads and manage subscriber lists. This feature is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Supported Mail Providers
- Mailchimp – Email marketing platform
- Mailgun – Transactional email service
- SendGrid – Email delivery service
Mailchimp Integration
Getting Started
- Visit mailchimp.com
- Create an account
- Complete setup
- Create an audience (subscriber list)
API Key
- Profile → Account & Billing
- Extras → API keys
- Create or copy an API key
Server Prefix
The server prefix appears in your Mailchimp API endpoint (e.g. us1, us14). You can find it in the Mailchimp dashboard or API docs.
Audience ID
- Audience → All contacts
- Settings → Audience name and defaults
- Copy the Audience ID
Connecting Mailchimp
- Go to Mail Provider section in Aboutmii
- Select Mailchimp
- Choose API mode
- Enter From Email
- Enter API key, server prefix, and audience ID
- Click “Connect Provider”
Embed Form Mode
- Create a Mailchimp form
- Copy embed HTML
- Select “Embed form” in Aboutmii
- Paste code and connect
Mailgun Integration
- Visit mailgun.com
- Create an account
- Verify your domain
- Get your API key
- Select Mailgun in Aboutmii
- Enter API key and domain
- Select region (US or EU)
- Click “Connect Provider”
SendGrid Integration
- Visit sendgrid.com
- Create an account
- Verify your email
- Create an API key
- Select SendGrid in Aboutmii
- Enter API key
- Enter sender name
- Click “Connect Provider”
Best Practices
- Use a domain email for better deliverability
- Never expose API keys publicly
- Test forms after setup
- Follow provider sending guidelines
- Monitor list health regularly
Troubleshooting
Connection fails: Verify credentials and API key permissions.
Emails not received: Check spam, DNS, and provider logs.
Provider unavailable: Ensure you’re on Business or Enterprise.
